 Bethan Baëz-Devine & Sharon Herriot are experienced Art Psychotherapists & trainers with a passion for inspiring people to work more creatively.


Bethan Baëz-Devine is an Art Psychotherapist with a range of clinical experience both in the UK and abroad. Within the UK, she has worked in a variety of settings including; CAMHS, Looked After Children service SUSTAIN and schools. She also holds the position of associate lecturer at Derby University and is a registered clinical supervisor. 

She is also a consultant for World Wide Education Project (WWEP), a charity that includes developing pilot projects surrounding child protection overseas. She has collaborated on projects in the following areas: Kakuma refugee camp (Kenya) where she delivered the Tree Of Life (TOL) psychosocial tool and offered training on attachment and trauma to a Serbian based charity via webinar.

More recently she has offered pre, during and post supervision sessions to volunteers completing a project in a refugee camp in Athens."



Sharon Herriot worked as an Art Psychotherapist for many years with children affected by domestic abuse and bereavement in the Nottingham area.

She has run groups for CAMHS (child and adolescent mental health services) for teenagers with depression, anxiety and who are exhibiting self harming behaviours.

Currently she works for Ashagte Hospicecare in Derbyshire with patients and their families; supporting adults with a terminal illness, those who are caring for them and bereaved family members. She also works for Catharsis Creative Arts Therapy, in a school for children with special educational needs and who exhibit some challenging behaviours in Burton, Derbyshire

Before training as an art psychotherapist she worked in school, youth settings, in community arts projects and educational establishments, spent several years working in an acute psychiatric ward and had managed day services for children and adults with learning difficulties.
